We have 2 maintenance plans:

• Heating Comfort Care Program
• Heating & Cooling Comfort Care Program

The Heating Comfort Care Program includes:

• Just before the heating season begins, we will contact you to set up a time for annual maintenance. – One less thing you have to think about!
• Annual 15 + point inspection of your system
• Free air filters (up to a $20 value!)
• We maintain accurate records of your system, -we keep track of model and serial numbers of your equipment. We will notify you if there are any recalls or notifications.
• Provide information about energy efficiency upgrades that may be available for your system.
• Priority service for emergency service.

Heating Comfort Care program – $90/year

 

The Heating & Cooling Comfort Care Program includes:

• All components of the Heating Comfort Care Program
• Just before the cooling season begins, we will contact you to set up a time for your Spring Start up of your air conditioning system
  • 5 + point inspection of your air conditioning system
  • Cleaning of outside condenser
  • Charging system of Freon
• Spring check of your heating system and filter change.
• 10% discount on Protection Plus Extended Warrantee Program.

Heating Comfort Care program – $90/year; Heating & Cooling Comfort Care Program $180/year
